研究目的：

研究提出严重烧伤后维护肠黏膜屏障防治肠源性感染的综合技术，并使之程序化。  

Objectives of Study：

To study and propose integrated Technology for prevention and trentment enterogenic infection with preservation of intestinal mucosal barrier in severely burned patients, and make its procedures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1．头颅损伤需特殊治疗者；2．胸腹损伤需手术治疗者；3．多发性骨折者；4．癌症病史者；5．糖尿病者；6．心血管病史者；7．伤前有急慢性肝肾功能不全者；8．伤前有急慢性肠道疾病者;9．已知有人类免疫缺陷病毒感染或其它致命疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Head injury required special treatment;
2. Thoracoabdominal injury required surgical treatment;
3. Multiple fracture;
4. A history of cancer;
5. Diabetes;
6. History of cardiovascular disease ;
7. Acute and chronic liver and kidney dysfunction before injury;
8. acute and chronic intestinal diseases before injury;
9. Known to have human immunodeficiency virus infection or other deadly diseases.
