研究目的：

探讨麻醉药物和方法对老年人术后认知功能的影响和其作用机制，借以寻找术后认知功能障碍的有效的诊断和预警指标，为临床上老年患者麻醉用药物和方法的选择提供理论基础，为进一步探讨老年人术后认知功能障碍的机制提供思路。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the effect and the mechanism of anaesthesia medicine and methods on postoperative cognitive dysfunction(POCD)of elderly patients; 2. To find an effective diagnosis rule and early warning indicators for POCD. It would provid theory for the choice of anaesthesia medicine and methods for elderly patients in clinical practices. Meanwhile, it can provide ideas about further research of the mechanism of POCD of elderly patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不能配合或语言障碍者
2.严重的视觉或听觉障碍者
3.帕金森，酗酒，药物依赖者
4.无法完成神经心理学测试者
5. 研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cannot coordinate or present with language barrier;
2. With severe visual and auditory disorders;
3. With parkinson, alcohol abuse or durgs dependence problems;
4. Can not complete neuropsychological testing;
5. With other reasons that are not suitable for clinical trials.
