预期恩度联合TEC方案能够显著提高患者的新辅助化疗有效率及pCR率

Objectives of Study：

TEC program plus Endostar can significantly improve the neoadjuvant chemotherapy efficient and pCR rate

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①患有严重的心、肝、肾等功能障碍的患者，或体质较差，合并症较多，不适合化疗以及恩度治疗的患者。
②对本研究药物过敏者。
③既往有出血性疾病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe heart, liver or kidney dysfunction, poor physical fitness, more complications, or not suitable for the treatment of chemotherapy or Endostar should be exclused;
2. Allergy to the study drugs;
3. With previous history of bleeding disorders.
