研究目的：

探索β－受体阻滞剂比索洛尔对无高血压的维持性血透患者左室舒张功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the influence of bisoprolol on left ventricular remolding and diastolic dysfunction in maintenance hemodialysis patients with normal blood pressure

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

比索洛尔 beta受体阻滞剂 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

bisoprolol beta blocker 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 恶性疾病；
2. 感染；
3. 窦性心动过缓（HR<60次/分）；
4. 严重心瓣膜病变；
5. 心包积液；
6. 支气管哮喘；
7. 心脏B超技术限制。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Malignant diseases;
2. Active infection;
3. Sinus bradycardia (HR<60 times/min);
4. Significant valvulopathy (valve prosthesis, any degree of mitral or aortic stenosis and moderate to significant mitral, aortic or tricuspid regurgitation);
5. Pericardial effusion;
6. Bronchial asthma;
7. Technically unsatisfactory echocardiogram.
