通过前瞻性、随机、对照临床研究比较经脐单孔（可转腕器械、常规器械）与三孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的安全性和可行性  

Objectives of Study：

To explor safe and feasible of transumbilical single incision(using laparoscopic instrument with adjustable and rotatable wrist or conventional laparoscopic instrument) by comparing with conventional three-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy in a prospective, randomize, controlled clinical controlled trial1

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有严重基础疾病，无法耐受手术或有明确手术禁忌征者;
2. 拒绝接受腹腔镜手术者;
3. 妊娠妇女;
4. 年龄小于18岁或大于65岁者;
5. 胆囊恶性疾病;
6. 合并肝内外胆管结石;
7. 合并急性胆管炎。

Exclusion criteria：

Adults with any one of the criteria listed as following should be excluded form our study:
1) With underlying diseases who cannot tolerate an operation or have absolute contraindications to surgery;
2) refusal of laparoscopy-assisted surgery;
3) pregnancy;
4) aged <18 and >65;
5) Malignant gallbladder disease;
6) Intrahepatic or extrahepatic bile duct stone;
7) Acute cholangitis
