前瞻性研究根治性鼻内镜手术的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the effect of radical sinus surgery (Nasalization, Draf3)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、小于18或大于70岁者；2、4周内有抗生素及其他激素口服者；3、真菌性鼻窦炎；4、鼻窦及其他部位良恶性肿瘤者；5、纤毛不动综合症；6、2周内有急性上呼吸道感染者；7、糖尿病、冠心病等慢性病者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women are pregnant, breast-feeding;
2. Subjects with cystic brosis, primary ciliary dysfunction or Kartagener syndrome;
3. Subjects who have had a upper respiratory tract infection wthin 2 weeks;
5. Tumors of paranasal cavity and other organs.
