研究目的：

评价经颅直流电刺激对卒中后共济运动失调及平衡障碍的疗效

Objectives of Study：

To assess the efficacy of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) on recovery of ataxia and balance impairment after stroke

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 生命体征不稳定；
2. 存在卒中后抑郁；
3. 严重失语影响治疗的实施；
4. 明显认知功能障碍（简易智力状态检查量表MMSE：<24）；
5. 有严重视力或矫正视力异常，或有眩晕发作、听力障碍、中耳炎病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unstable vital signs;
2. Combined with depression after stroke;
3. Combined with severe aphasia;
4. Obvious cognition dysfunction (MMSE < 24);
5. Serious vision or vision correction anomalies; or history of vertigo attack, hearing impairment or tympanitis.
