研究目的：

提出严重烧伤休克有效的“容量补充”加“动力扶持”的立即和延迟复苏新方案，为烧伤后续治疗和提高严重大面积烧伤治愈率奠定基础

Objectives of Study：

To determine and compare the effect of volume maintenance combined with hemodynamic support in immediate and delayed resuscitation protocols in severe burn injury

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

果糖二磷酸钠注射液果糖二磷酸钠可以抑制心肌细胞凋亡减轻心肌损害，有利于心肌功能恢复前列地尔注射液前列地尔可以有效扩张冠脉血管改善冠脉循环减轻心肌损害依那普利拉注射液依那普利拉可以明显减轻烧伤早期心肌损害

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1 既往有心血管病史的患者(如重度充血性心衰，病窦综合征，II或III度房室传导阻滞，房扑或房颤合并有房室旁路通道，已用β受体阻滞剂或洋地黄中毒的病人，QRS增宽(≥0.12秒)的室性心动过速病人)；
2 既往患有高血压或低血压的患者，以及血压波动较大的患者；
3 有严重心、肝、肾、肺等身体重要脏器器质性病变或者近期新发心肌梗塞、心肌损害等患者；
4有明显的精神障碍、癫痫等症状的患者；
5 哺乳期或孕期妇女患者；
6 对试验用药过敏或有相应禁忌症的患者；
7 试验依从性较差或试验过程中失访的患者；
8 其他判断不适宜入选的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with history of cardiovascular disease (such as severe congestive heart failure, sick sinus syndrome, II or III AV block, atrial flutter or fibrillation combined with AV bypass, using beta-blocker or digitalis toxication, ventricular tachycardia with QRS>=0.12s);
2. Patients with history of hypertension, hypotension, or wavy blood pressure;
3. Patients with severe disease in heart, kidney, liver, lung and other vital organs, including new myocardial infarction and myocardial damage;
4. Patients with mental disorder and epilepsy;
5. Pregnant or lactating women;
6. Patients were allergic or contradict to the trial drug;
7. Patients with poor adherence;
8. Patients that is eligible for the current study for other reason.
