外侧楔形垫治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的蛋白表达和细胞凋亡研究  

Objectives of Study：

MMPs and ADAMTS4 in hunman for lateral wedged insoles for knee osteoarthritis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①排除下背痛，高血压，糖尿病等影响步行能力的慢性疾病及需要辅具和助行器行走的患者；
②关节镜，人工关节置换术后等膝关节手术病史者；
③膝关节急性创伤、感染及局部皮肤破溃者；
④膝关节前交叉韧带，后交叉韧带，半月板损伤患者；
⑤合并心脑血管、肝、肾等严重原发性疾病，精神病患者；
⑥妊娠及哺乳期妇女.

Exclusion criteria：

Had been treated by other therapies;
Complicated with Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;
Pregnancy and feeding women.
