Objectives of Study：

To investigate the MDD patients' changes between before and after MECT in functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging，for discussing the mechanism of MECT on treating depression.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除既往和目前中枢神经系统疾病、内分泌系统疾病及其它严重躯体疾病、精神活性物质滥用者、孕妇或哺乳期妇女；躯体疾病，药物依赖，精神分裂症引起的抑郁发作。

Exclusion criteria：

People with central nervous system diseases, endocrine system diseases and other serious physical illness, psychoactive substance abusers, Pregnant or lactating women, depression caused by Physical illness, drug dependence, schizophrenia.
