研究目的：

比较腹膜透析置管术后立即和延迟透析透析的腹透管相关性并发症发生率，以评估置管术后最佳开始透析时间  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the early and late peritoneal catheter-related complications between immediate and delayed commencement of peritoneal dialysis after CAPD, aiming to identify optimal timing for the first use of peritoneal catheter

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 妊娠妇女；
2. 再次置管者；
3. 尿量<400ml/日；
4. 有紧急透析指征者；
5. 重度营养不良者（血浆白蛋白小于20g/L）；
6. 肠梗阻、炎性或缺血性肠病、反复发作的憩室炎；
7. 活动性肝病；严重肺功能不全：如慢性阻塞性肺病；严重肺部感染；慢性感染性疾病，如结核；严重心衰；顽固性高血压，经药物干预后血压仍>160／110mmHg者；
8. 恶性肿瘤患者；腹腔内巨大肿瘤；
9. 巨大多囊肾；
10. 腹腔局限性炎性病灶或腹部大手术3日内；
11. 椎间盘突出；
12. 既往有疝病史者；
13. 极度肥胖者
