研究目的：

通过大规模、前瞻性研究探讨肝移植术后不同阶段各种因素中影响肝移植患者他克莫司药动学的主要因素（其中包括供、受者基因多态性，以及术后相应时间段某些血常规、生化指标，合并用药情况），探讨这些主要因素对患者术后FK506药动学的影响，以期为临床基因导向的个体化给药提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the fators which will influence the pharmacokinetics of tacrolimus significantly in different stage after liver transplantation through a large scale, prospective research(all the factors include the SNP of different genotypes in doners and recipients, C.B.C, biochemical)and investige the influence of these factors to the pharmacokinetics of tacrolimus, which in order to offer some reference to individualized administration.

排除标准：

患有神经性厌食症、吸收不良综合症或胃肠切除术后等影响药物吸收的患者

Exclusion criteria：

The patients who with anorexia nervosa, malabsorption syndrome,gestrointestinal removoval surgery which will influence the absorbtion of Fk506 patients were excluded.
