研究目的：

明确慢性再生障碍性贫血（髓劳病）致重因素及中医药治疗的价值和优势，得出具有循证学依据的研究成果，形成适于基层社区应用的方案体系  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the factor of Chronic aplastic anemia and form the protocol with Tradional Chinese Medicine and to obtained the results which Evidence-Based Medicine may recommend as of high quality. In the future, the protocol should be applyed in community.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

鹿角胶、仙灵脾、补骨脂、肉苁蓉、菟丝子、巴戟天、仙茅、熟地、 山萸肉、枸杞子、炙黄芪、当归、炒白术、 防风、女贞子、 旱莲草、砂仁 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Lujiaojiao、xianlingpi，buguzhi，roucongrong，tusizi，bajitian，xianmao，shudi，shanyurou， gouqizi、huangqi，danggui，baishu，fangfeng，nvzhenzi，hanliancao，sharen 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 引起全血细胞减少的其他疾病，如阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症、骨髓增生异常综合征、急性造血功能停滞、
骨髓纤维化、急性白血病、恶性组织细胞病等；
② 重型再生障碍性贫血、先天性再生障碍性贫血；
③ 合并严重心、脑、肝、肾疾病及精神病患者；
④ 妊娠、哺乳期妇女；
⑤ 参加其他临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other disease which may cause Pancytopenia, such as paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, myelodysplastic syndrome, bone marrow fibrosis, acute leukemia, etc;
2. severe aplastic anemia, congenital aplastic anemia;
3. with severe diseases of heart, brain,liver, kidney, or mental disorder;
4. woman with pregnancy or lactation;
5. take part in other research simultaneously.
