To measure the changes of choroid in central serous chorioretinopathy

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

服用激素、维速达尔、抗VEGF药物史、非那雄胺、西地那非史，或者患者有任何影响脉络膜循环的全身情况如怀孕、内源性皮质醇增多症、任何影响视力的疾病史。吲哚青绿造影中类似中浆的息肉样脉络膜血管病变也被除外。

Exclusion criteria：

Eyes were also excluded from this study if any history of taking corticosteroid,visudyne, antivascular endothelial growth factor medications, finasteride,sildenafil citrate were present,or if any other disease that may influence the choroidal circulation like being preganant or endogenous hypercortisolism was present.Any other ocular disease that could compromise visual acuity were also excluded.To minimize the inadvertent inclusion of patient with PCV (a condition that could be mistaken for CSC), we specificly looked for cases of PCV,which masquerade as CSC with features of branching vascular network or poypoidal lesion angiographically and double layer sign by OCT. These cases were excluded from the study.
