研究目的：

1. 调查乙肝相关性肝病肝移植受者体内有无乙肝病毒存在及存在状况； 2. 针对乙肝病毒感染情况探索乙肝疫苗接种方案 3. 探索建立和完善乙肝相关性肝病肝移植受者抗乙肝规范化临床路径。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the effect of HBIG on the outcome of HB vaccination in liver transplant recipients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

乙肝疫苗，乙肝免疫球蛋白，核苷类似物。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

HB vaccine, HBIG, nucleot(s)ide 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 对乙肝疫苗过敏。
2. 血肌酐高于正常。
3. 血清糖化血红蛋白高于6.5%。
4. 不稳定性心脏病。
5. 月经期、妊娠期或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergy to hepatitis B vaccine;
2. Serum Cr exceed than normal;
3. Serum HbA1C more than 6.5%;
4. Unstable heart disease;
5. Pregnancy or lactation.
