Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy and toxicity of induction chemotherapy based on molecular targets test combined concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

肿瘤直径<5cm
一般情况较差
有远处转移
因无法耐受治疗副作用以外原因不能完成治疗计划

Exclusion criteria：

1. Tumor size<5cm;
2. Generally poor;
3. With distant metastasis;
4. Treatment plan can not be completed due to other reasons except untolerate the side effect of treatment.
