研究目的:

1、建立西南地区各年龄正常儿童步态参数的正常值范围; 2、客观分析三维步态分析系统用于儿童的信度和效度问题; 3、通过三维步态分析系统,分析儿童各种疾病导致的运动功能障碍的步态及运动功能特征; 4、通过三维步态分析系统,评价各种治疗手段对特定疾病遗留运动功能障碍的疗效;  

Objectives of Study:

1. To establish the normal range of gait parameters of children in the southwest normal in china; 2. To objectively analysis the reliability and validity of 3 d gait analysis system used in children; 3. To analysis of children's gait whose motor dysfunction gait and sports feature got disease through 3 d gait analysis system; 4. To evaluate the treatment of the effect of curative for motor dysfunction through 3 d gait analysis system;

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

正常儿童:
1.年龄4-14岁;
2.可独立行走6不以上。

脑瘫儿童:
1.年龄4-14岁
存在其它心、肺等影响步态的急慢性疾病。


1.合并其它心、肺等影响步态的急慢性疾病;
2.经过A型肉毒素治疗;
3.经过手术治疗;
4.存在共济失调

Exclusion criteria:

normal children:
With the disease of heart, lung, bone etc. which have a negative influence on walking.
CP children:
1. With BTX-A treatment before;
2. With Orthopaedics surgery;
3. With the disease of heart, lung and bone which have a negative influence on walking;
4. Presence of ataxia.
