研究目的：

根据行为矫正的原理设计一种儿童饮食行为卡片及相应的家长健康教育资料来调整儿童及其家长的不良饮食行为，评价这种干预模式的干预效果。

Objectives of Study：

Design a kind of colorful behavior card and leaflets based on behavior modification theory, and modify dietary behaviors related to childhood obesity of children and their families, then analyze the efficacy of the intervention.

肢体显著残疾者及由内分泌疾病、药物等副作用引起的继发性肥胖儿童

Exclusion criteria：

severe disabled and secondary obesity caused by endocrine disease and drug side-effect
