研究目的：

本研究为多中心临床注册研究，入选2000例急性心力衰竭患者，通过检查及1年随访结果收集高质量的临床数据以及主要临床事件，建立国内适用的急性心力衰竭临床病情评价指标以及疾病预后风险预测模型。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this multi-center, observational, registry study is to gather information to better understand the characteristics, medical management and outcomes of patients with acute heart failure in China. This study will have 2000 hospitalized patients for acute heart failure enrolled and 1 year follow-up continued. Based on the clinical data and major events we are going to establish the diagnostic standard, risk stratification, and prediction model of acute heart failure.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 恶性肿瘤患者；
2. 认知功能障碍、痴呆患者；
3. 严重精神疾病患者；
4. 其他严重的不能控制的全身系统性疾病患者；
5. 受试者不能理解或配合完成所有随访；
6. 不愿签署知情同意书的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with malignant tumors;
2. Patients with cognitive dysfunction or dementia;
3. Patients with severe mental illness;
4. Patients with uncontrolled systemic disease;
5. Patients can not understand or the protocol or comply with the study;
6. Patients Do not want to sign the informed consent.
