静脉胶体预冲联合甲氧明预注对老年高血压患者全麻诱导后低血压防治安全性评价  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the security of preloading colloid and methoxamine to prevention hypotension after Anesthesia Induction of the olderly with hypertention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

已知对盐酸甲氧明，麻黄碱过敏者； 危重病人有生命危险者，ASA≥4级；患有严重的心血管疾患，NYHA心功能分级≥3级；近6个月有脑血管意外、心梗；恶性心律失常；严重瓣膜病患者；冠心病患者； 严重的全身性慢性疾病（如甲亢、慢阻肺、糖尿病）未经良好控制者； 肝肾功能严重受损（Tbil>1.5ULN，ALT或AST>2ULN，Cr>1ULN）； 有严重的电解质紊乱；中重度贫血患者（Hb<90g/L）；基础心率<50次/分钟的心动过缓者； 继发高血压；插管时间超过60秒以上者的困难气道；妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；近3个月参加过其它临床药物试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Allergic to methoxamine and ephedrine; ASA>=4; With serious cardiovascular disease, NYHA>=3; Nearly six months have cerebrovascular accident, myocardial infarction; Malignant arrhythmia; Coronary heart disease patients; Serious valve disease; Serious systemic chronic disease (such as hyperthyroidism, copd, diabetes) without good control; Badly damaged liver and kidney function (Tbil > 1.5 ULN, ALT > 2 ULN or AST, Cr > 1 ULN); Have serious electrolytes disturbance; Moderate to severe anemia patients (Hb < 90 g/L); Basic heart rate < 50 / minutes; With Secondary high blood pressure; Intubation time more than 60 seconds; Pregnancy or lactation women; Participate other clinical drug test during nearly 3 months.
