研究目的：

研究目的：本研究拟观察剖宫产患者静脉应用艾司氯胺酮在腰麻后预防寒战反应的安全性、有效性。探讨其用于此类患者的副作用，为临床合理用药提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to observe the safety and effectiveness of intravenous application of e-ketamine in preventing shivering after spinal anesthesia in patients with cesarean section. Objective to explore the side effects of this kind of patients, and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、肝功能障碍的患者；
2、肾功能障碍的患者；
3、未控制的严重高血压、妊高症、不稳定心绞痛、甲状腺功能亢进或者甲状腺功能减退的患者；
4、严重的呼吸功能不全的患者；
5、并存严重心血管疾病的患者；
6、合并颅内压增高和中枢神经系统损伤或疾病、精神障碍病史等；
7、基础体温<36℃或高于37.2℃的患者；
8、术中需要输血的患者；
9、长期镇静镇痛药物服用史及过敏史；
10、术前存在药物成瘾的患者；
11、对研究中所用的任何一种药物过敏的患者；
存在以上任何一种情况的患者，都要从本研究中排除。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with liver dysfunction;
2. Patients with renal dysfunction;
3. Patients with uncontrolled severe hypertension, pregnancy induced hypertension, unstable angina pectoris, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism;
4. Patients with severe respiratory insufficiency;
5. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease;
6. Intracranial hypertension, central nervous system injury or disease, history of mental disorders, etc.;
7. Patients with basal body temperature < 36 degrees C or higher than 37.2 degrees C;
8. Patients who need blood transfusion during operation;
9. History of long-term sedative and analgesic medication and allergy;
10. Patients with preoperative drug addiction;
11. Patients allergic to any of the drugs used in the study;
Patients with any of the above conditions should be excluded from this study.
