了解北方冬季孕妇和新生儿25-羟维生素D（25-(0H)D）水平以及补充维生素D；通过口服维生素D补充剂，研究婴儿维生素D摄入量和时间对血清25-(0H)D水平的影响，为临床干预提供有价值的参考建议。

Objectives of Study：

To determine serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level and vitamin D supplementation in pregnant women and newborn infants in north winter; To evaluate the effects of vitamin D intake time and dose on serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D in infant, the recommendations provide a valuable reference for clinical intervention.
