研究目的：

对采用TME技术行手术治疗的直肠癌患者，进行不同的综合治疗方案。通过判断综合治疗前后患者的生存质量、肛门功能，以评估和比较不同综合治疗方案的效果差异。并将不同人种（北美和东亚）的直肠癌患者在治疗过程中的效果差异进行分析和判断。

Objectives of Study：

We use different combined therapeutic plans to treat patients with rectal cancer who have been operated with TME. We judge the quality of life and anal function of patients before and after the comprehensive treatments to assess and compare the effects of different comprehensive therapeutic plans. Meanwhile, the differences of the therapeutic effects during the treatments for patients of different races(East Asians and North Americans) are analyzed and judged.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）经术后病理学检查非直肠癌的患者；
（2）完成手术但是最终行永久性造口手术者；
（3）不能按计划完成治疗者；
（4）若所在研究中心的纳入患者不符合人群条件者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patient who is found not with rectal cancer by the postoperative pathological diagnosis;
(2) patient who has the operation completed with the permanent stoma performed eventually;
(3) patient who cannot have the treatment completely as planned;
(4) If the patients included by the research center do not meet the racial condition.
