研究目的：

1.探讨强迫症患者认知功能的特点及认知功能与病程、起病年龄及临床症状的关系。 2.探讨强迫症患者静息状态及认知激活状态局部脑血流量的变化及与认知功能的关系。

Objectives of Study：

1.To study the characteristics of cognitive function and the correlation between course of disease, age and clinical symptom with cognitive function in OCD patients; 2.To explore the variations of regional cerebral blood flows and the relationship with the cognitive function when patients with OCD being resting condition and active condition.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 排除有严重躯体或脑器质性疾病史、有颅脑外伤史、有精神病性症状或既往有精神病史、色盲、色弱者。② 排除合并其他精神病如合并重度抑郁情绪（即24项汉密尔顿抑郁量表[19] (HAMD) ＞ 35分）者,轻中度抑郁情绪除外。③ 二系三代有精神病家族史者。

Exclusion criteria：

All patients had been excluded serious body or brain organic disease, substance abuse, as well as other neurological or psychiatric disorders including depression (HAMD score＞35) without any lifetime history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, tics and alcohol/substance abuse.
