研究目的：

评价“补肾祛邪法”辨证加味联合恩替卡韦治疗HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎的有效性和安全性，获得较高级别的临床证据。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the "Bu Shen Qu Xie" united entecavir treatment of HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B,and access to a higher level of clinical evidence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

恩替卡韦片；中药颗粒剂；中药安慰颗粒剂

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

entecavir; Chinese medicine granules; Chinese medicine placebo granules

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①年龄18岁以下或65岁以上；②排除同时或重叠感染其他类型病毒性肝炎； ③经检查证实由药物中毒、乙醇中毒等因素所致的肝炎及自身免疫性肝炎；④已诊断重度肝炎、重型肝炎/肝衰竭、肝硬化、肝癌，以及严重的心脑血管、肺、肾、内分泌和造血系统严重原发性疾病、精神病患者；⑤妊娠或准备妊娠的妇女，哺乳期妇女；⑥过敏体质，或对多种药物过敏者；⑦半年内使用过干扰素抗病毒药。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Male and female aged below 18 or above 65 years old;
2. Exclude the same time or overlap with other types of viral hepatitis infection;
3. Confirmed as caused by drug intoxication, alcohol poisoning, hepatitis and autoimmune hepatitis;
4. Patients who have been diagnosed with severe hepatitis, severe hepatitis / liver failure, cirrhosis, liver cancer and have serious primary disease in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, kidney, lung, endocrine system, hematopoietic system of severe primary disease and patients with mental disease;
5. Pregnant or lactating women;
6. allergic to drug;
7. Patients who have been used interferon antiviral within six months.
