研究目的：	探索急性高原病的最佳药物治疗方案，建立防治急性高原病治疗的最佳临床路径，为我国急性高原病防治提供更多的临床经验。
Objectives of Study：	To investigate the optimal therapeutic schemes for Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS),and establish a best clinical pathway for preventing and curing AMS,to provide more clinical
药物成份或治疗方案详述：
Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：
纳入标准：	1.急进高原健康成人，肝肾功能正常，无器质性疾病，年龄18-60岁， 2.按AMS诊断标准诊断为AMS的病人
Inclusion criteria	1. Healthy adults rushing into plateau,with normal hepatorenal function, and without organic disease, aged from 18 to 60; 2. Patients diagnosed by AMS criteria.
排除标准：	近期(6月内）高原暴露史，有精神、神经系统疾病患者，依从性差。
Exclusion criteria：	High altitude exposure history within past 6 months; Patients with psychological or neurological disorder; Patients with bad comp1iance.
