研究目的：

制定适合中国人群的rTMS治疗抑郁症的规范化治疗方案。

Objectives of Study：

Establish the standardized therapeutic schedule for depression in China

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 罹患DSM-IV 的轴I 和轴II 精神分裂症、双向情感障碍、分裂样人格障碍、酒药滥用等精神障碍。
2. 有自杀倾向者。
3. 具有癫痫、头部外伤、糖尿病、甲低、中枢神经系统疾病、严重躯体疾患等病史。
4. 处于妊娠期。
5. 左利手。
6. 具有物质或药物滥用的现状行为史。
7. 有电休克治疗史。
8. 有TMS 治疗史。
9. 安装有心脏起搏器或颅内有金属植入体。

Exclusion criteria：

1. schizophrenia,bipolar disorder,schizoid personality disorder,alchol and drugs abuse;
2. the suicidal;
3. history of epilepsy or other neurological illness,head trauma,diabetes,hypothyroidism,serious physical illness;
4. duration of pregnancy;
5. left handed;
6. taking material or drug abuse;
7. history of ECT;
8. history of TMS;
9. cardiac pacemaker or intracranial metal implants.
