Investigation of nutrition support on acute stroke patients with severe dysphasia

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重心肺功能不全
2. 严重肝实质病变，伴有明显的门静脉高压
3. 慢性肾功能衰竭，需要血透
4. 营养风险评分＜ 3 分
5. 吞咽评估为阴性
6. 轻、中度吞咽困难

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cardiac or pulmonary insufficiency;
2. Severe hepatic insufficiency;
3. Chronic renal failure, who are receiving hemodialysis;
4. NRS 2002<3;
5. No dysphasia;
6. Mild or moderate dysphasia.
