通过前瞻性随机对照研究，比较不同化疗方案联合放疗在局部晚期鼻咽癌治疗临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical effect of treatment for locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma by different chemotherapy regimen combined radiotherapy through a randomised controlled study

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

吉西他滨；紫杉醇；氟尿嘧啶；顺铂 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Gemcitabine;Paclitaxel;Fluorouracil;cisplatin 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

病理为WHOⅠ型或腺癌；年龄＞60岁或＜18岁；KPS 评分＜80 分；肝、肾功能异常者；心脏病、心功能障碍者；有原发病灶和转移灶手术史者；曾经接受过放疗或化疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

Pathological type is adenocarcinoma. Ages>60 or <18 years; karnofsky performance scores <80; first diagnosed NPC with distant metastasis; patients with not-tumor associated death; patients with heart lung liver renal insufficiency; recurrence patients. Surgical history of primary lesion and metastasis .Once received radiotherapy or chemotherapy.
