通过本次研究，探讨早产发生的危险因素，为制定早产有效的干预措施提供科学依据，从而减少早产儿的出生，促进儿童身心健康和提高生命质量。

排除标准：

①因胎儿畸形、胎死宫内及计划外妊娠而实施的引产。②没有知情同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. induced abortion due to fetal malformations, intrauterine fetal death and unintentional pregnancy;
2. refusal to participate in the study.
