观察补充维生素A（VA）和维生素D（VD）对婴幼儿卡介苗补种效果的影响。

Objectives of Study：

determine whether VA combined VD supplementation can influence the immune response to BCG revaccines in Chinese infants.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

大于12个月;有严重外伤或手术史，肝、肾、心脏功能障碍;本人及家族有过敏史者；有结核菌素试验禁忌症者;其他预防接种不到两周者.

Exclusion criteria：

1. older than 12 months;
2. moderate to severe injury or surgery during the previous month;
3. chronic renal failure, liver disease or heart failure;
4. contra of PPD test;
5. irritability of BCG;
6. had other preventive inoculation less than 2 weeks.
