研究目的:

借助BCI技术实时的监控大脑运动想象时的脑电信号以及此时运动区域神经元的放电活动。通过对提取的脑电数据进行分析,对病人的肢体运动功能定期进行功能评定,并结合BCI系统使用感受问卷等,探索中风病人脑电信号的特征。研究BCI技术作为一种新型的辅助训练模式对于脑卒中患者肢体运动功能康复的作用,探索其在神经康复方向的应用前景。  

Objectives of Study:

With the BCI technology, real-time monitoring the brain signals and neurons discharge activities when motor imagery.Through analyzing the extracted EEG data, regular assessments on stroke patiets'motor function and a questionnaire about using the BCI system, explore the EEG characteristics of stroke patients. Study the role of BCI technology as a novel auxiliary training method on the limb motor function recovery of stroke patients and explore the prospect on the neuro rehabilitation.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)40岁>年龄>80岁
(2)诊断不符合1995年全国第四届脑血管病学术会议通过的各类脑血管病诊断要点
(3)非首次发生脑出血和脑梗死或既往发生过腔隙性脑梗死且存在后遗症的患者
(4)意识不清,MMSE量表评价提示痴呆,合并感觉性失语或精神障碍等疾患,不能配合检查及治疗的住院患者
(5)合并心、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病的患者
(6)既往有认知障碍、神经精神病史、药物滥用及酗酒史
(7)有重要脏器功能衰竭或病情危重的脑卒中患者以及癌症等对患者生存质量的影响超过中风后肢体功能障碍的疾病或状态
(8)患侧肢体的Brunnstrom分级大于Ⅱ期
(9)1月>距发病时间>6月
(10)不能完成基本疗程,依从性可能不好者(即不能坚持治疗)及难以随访者

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Age> 80 years or Age or <40 years;
(2) The diagnosis does not conform with Various types of cerebrovascular disease diagnostic points passed by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Diseases Conference in 1995;
(3) Not the first occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction or previous occurrence of lacunar infarction with sequelae patients;
(4) Unconsciousness, the MMSE scale assessment prompt dementia, associated with sensory aphasia or mental disorders or other patients in hospital can not cope with the examination and treatment;
(5) Patients with severe primary diseases of the heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and so on;
(6) previous have cognitive impairment, mental disorders history, drub abuse;
(7) Have important visceral organ failure or Critical illness patients with cerebral infarction, cancer, other diseases or condition that influence on quality of survival severer than caused by limb dysfunction after stroke;
(8) The affected limb's Brunnstrom classification > period II;
(9) 1 month >disease time> 6 months;
(10) can not complete basic course, compliance may be poor (that is, can not adhere to treatment) and difficult to follow-up.
