研究目的：

对血尿怀疑泌尿系肿瘤申请CTU检查的患者，应用低GSI扫描、kVp扫描、自动毫安技术、分次团注双期CTU、降低对比剂用量等方法组合，降低患者辐射剂量及对比剂使用风险，同时利用ASIR或MBIR降低噪声，探索出一种既减少辐射剂量，又减少碘对比剂用量的更好的CT泌尿系造影方法。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of our study was to explore a new method of CTU which is low radiation exposure but does not need more iodinated contrast agent by using different strategies such as GSI mode scan, lowering the tube current or tube voltage, automatic tube current modulation, Split-bolus method and lowering the dose of iodinated contrast agent, et al.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

肾功能不全患者（血肌酐浓度> 133umol/L）；甲亢、碘对比剂过敏等碘对比剂使用禁忌患者；躁动、怀孕等有CT检查禁忌症患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Absence of renal inadequacy (serum creatinine concentration < 133umol/L) and contraindications to the use of iodinated contrast material or CT san.
