研究目的：

初步观察薏苡仁食疗对腹膜透析患者营养状态的干预效果，并探讨其可能的作用机理。

Objectives of Study：

To determin the Effect of Coix Seed Diet on the Nutrion Status of Peritoneal Dialysis Patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

薏苡仁

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

coix seed

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）有严重心律失常或3个月内有急性心衰、心肌梗死、急性脑卒中、不稳定性心绞痛等急性并发症者。
（2）3个月内合并有急性感染性疾病、活动期恶性肿瘤、肝硬化失代偿期等可能影响患者营养状态的疾病。
（3）有精神疾病或因其它原因不能配合治疗、调查者。
（4）对薏苡仁过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) With severe arrhythmia or acute complications in the past three months, including acute heart failuremyocardial infarctionacute stroke,unstable angina pectoris,etc.;
(2) With wasting disease in the past 3 months, including acute inflammation, active stage malignancy, decompensated liver cirrhosis;
(3) With mental disease or other reasons unable to coorperate treatment and survey;
(4) Allergic to coix seed.
