研究目的：

这项研究的目标在于通过比较发生氨苯砜综合症的中国南方麻风病患者与未发生氨苯砜综合症患者的基因型差异，来确定这些患者发生氨苯砜综合症是否与MHC等位基因、慢N-乙酰转移酶2基因型和/或CYP2C9基因多态性有关。同时通过对于氨苯砜综合症遗传学分析来进一步探索其发生的可能的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to determine if MHC alleles, slow NAT2 genotypes, and/or genetic polymorphisms of the CYP2C9 gene are associated with DHS in Southern Chinese leprosy patients, by comparing their prevalence with that of patients who did not develop DHS. A secondary aim is to explore any possible mechanisms of DHS that can be derived from the genetic analysis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：
1）非中国人；
2）无法获得血液标本者；
3）与其他研究项目的病人具有二代以内的血缘关系的患者；
4）氨苯砜以外其他药物导致超敏反应综合征者。
5）严重肝脏病、血液病等系统疾病病史，可能影响对是否发生氨苯砜超敏反应综合征进行判断者；
出现上述任何一项，不能纳入本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Criteria for exclusion from all study groups
1) Non-Chinese ethnicity;
2) Patients whose blood samples cannot be collected;
3) Patients who are at least second degree blood relatives to any other study patient;
4) Drug hypersensitivity symptoms ascribed to any other drug given simultaneously;
5) Severe hepatopathy, hematologic disorder, or other systemic diseases history which may affect DHS evaluation.
If there was any of all the criteria above, he or she cannot be enrolled in this study.
