研究目的：

采用队列研究的方法，调查哈尔滨市社区居民慢性非传染性疾病如：肥胖、糖尿病、代谢综合征等多种疾病的基线患病率、发病率及其诊疗情况;并利用队列研究的方法，前瞻性探索慢非传染性疾病的发病风险因素。为尽早发现慢性非传染性疾病的发病机理、提早诊断提供科学的线索和依据。  

Objectives of Study：

We surveyed the prevalance, morbidity and the diagnose and treatment situations of Chronic Non-Communicable disease such as obesity, diabetes, metabolic syndrome etc. among Harbin residents in communities to investigate the risk factors of Chronic Non-Communicable disease by a prospective cohort study. To provide clues of pathogenesis of Chronic Non-Communicable disease, scientifically and search indicators for early diagnosis.
