Exclusion criteria：

High altitude exposure history within past 12 months;
Patients with psychological or neurological disorder. Patients with bad comp1iance.

Blinding：

1.Two medical personnel who don't know the grouping data distribute drugs and afford drug instructions; 2 get data with blinding medcial personnels. 3 Two blinging postgraduate students type data inthe EXCEL, final data locked. 4 Encode data will be sent to statistics company to further analyze.
