研究目的：	电针结合行为控制治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效评价研究
Objectives of Study：	The aim of current study is to investigate the effectiveness of acupuncture plus life style control treatment compare with life style control only for simple obesity.
药物成份或治疗方案详述：
Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：
纳入标准：	1) 采用肥胖中国标准BMI>28 kg/m2 ，医生确诊。 2) 18-50岁单纯性肥胖患者，接受3次饮食和运动控制无法见效的患者，1个月内并未进行减肥或减重治疗。 3) 在了解针灸的优点和副作用（包括长期的安全性问题，远期疗效的问题）之后愿意接受针灸和行为控制治疗。 4) 能够理解实验的内容,同意接受3个月的针灸或药物治疗并愿意配合完成实验的各项指标检测、问卷调查。
Inclusion criteria	To be included, patients need to be currently suffered obesity: BMI>28kg/m2, according to Clinical Practice Guideline for Chinese adults overweight and obesity,diagnosed by their General Physician; be aged at 18-50 years, had failed to achieve their weight loss goals through diet and exercise alone for 3 times; willing to accept acupuncture and lifestyle control treatment after the explanation of risks and benefits about these two therapy; Ability to read, understand and complete consent and questionnaires.
排除标准：	1) 严重的腔隙性梗塞和脑梗塞。 2) 内分泌疾病（e.g.下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺-肾上腺及紊乱疾病，甲减，下丘脑综合症，库欣综合征等）。 3) 心血管疾病（e.g.严重心率失常，严重心衰以及心肌梗塞）。 4) 变态反应性及免疫性疾病：系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）,克隆氏病。 5) 中度以上肝肾功能衰减：转氨酶持续升高大于两倍以上，内生肌酐清除率异常。 6) 出血疾病、局部皮肤溃烂感染。 7) 怀孕及哺乳期妇女；生育完6个月内。
Exclusion criteria：	Main exclusion criteria were severe lacunar cerebral infarction and cerebral infarction; Endocrine disease, for example, thyroid disorder, pituitary disorder, and sex gland disorder; Heart disease, for example, arrhythmia, heart failure, myocardial infarction, and patient with pacemaker; Allergy and Immunology disease; Kidney disease such as diabetic nephropathy, secondary focal segmental glomerulosclerosis(FCGS); High ami-notransferases (alanine, aspartate 4100 IU/l) or high serum creatinine (42.5 mg/dl); Pregnant or lactating women; hemorrhage disease and local skin infection; Any other conditions unsuitable for trial as evaluated by general physician.
