验证氢气吸入对腹膜透析患者的残余肾功能具有潜在影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the potential effect of hydrogen inhalation on residual renal function in peritoneal dialysis patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 妊娠期、哺乳妇女，女性妊娠试验阳性者；
2) 尿量<100ml/24h的患者；
3) 合并有心脑血管、肝脏、肾脏、造血系统等严重原发性疾病，或已知的影响其生存的严重疾病(如肿瘤或艾滋病)，或精神或法律上的残疾患者；
4) 严重呼吸功能障碍不宜氢气吸入治疗者或需要吸氧治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant, lactating women, female pregnancy test positive;
2. Patients with urine volume < 100ml / 24h;
3. Subjects with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, or known serious diseases (such as tumor or AIDS) affecting their survival, or mental or legal disabled patients;
4. Subjects with severe respiratory dysfunction should not be treated with hydrogen inhalation or need oxygen inhalation.
