观察对比不同血栓、出血风险患者使用不同抗凝方案的血栓事件发生率、出血事件发生率，出血事件强度等。

Observe and compare the incidence of thrombotic events, the incidence of bleeding events, and the intensity of bleeding events in patients with different thrombosis and bleeding risks who use different anticoagulation programs.

患者因手术禁忌症或个人原因无法接受手术者予以排除。

本项目可采用数字随机法患者入院后按1至9循环编号，其中1、4、7号患者使用阿司匹林，2、5、8号患者用依诺肝素，3、6、9号患者使用利伐沙班

This project can use the numerical randomization method. After admission, patients are numbered in cycles from 1 to 9. Among them, patients 1, 4, and 7 use aspirin group, patients 2, 5, and 8 use enoxaparin group, and patients 3, 6, and 9 The patient uses the rivaroxaban group.
