研究目的：

1.通过寻找舌苔、皮肤菌群及胃肠道的差异菌群及尿液中差异代谢物，初步探索湿证、湿疹、湿疹湿证、湿疹湿证不同证型人群的代谢表型及其差异； 2.通过观察祛湿法对症治疗前后菌群微生态变化及代谢组学的差异，探索祛湿法在湿疹湿证治疗中的作用效果和疗效机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To preliminarily explore the metabolic phenotypes and differences among different syndromes of wet syndrome, eczema, eczema and eczema by looking for different bacterial flora of tongue coating, skin and gastrointestinal tract as well as different metabolites in urine. 2. The effect and mechanism of clearing damp in the treatment of eczema with dampness syndrome were explored by observing the microecological changes and metabolomics differences of the bacterial flora before and after treatment with clearing damp.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1） 湿疹患者组
排除标准：
①　合并代谢性疾病（如高血压、糖尿病等）、心脑血管疾病、帕金森病、感染、恶性肿瘤、 肝/肾疾病；
②　合并胃肠道及肝胆炎症性疾病，胃肠道疾病、结核、寄生虫等；
③　特殊人群：妊娠期/哺乳期妇女、精神病患者等；
④　合并有其他需要治疗的皮肤疾病，如银屑病、斑秃、疥疮等；
⑤　12周内曾接受免疫抑制剂、微生态制剂、糖皮质激素或抗生素治疗的患者。
⑥　半年内有吸烟史患者。
（2） 湿疹湿证患者组
排除标准：
①　合并代谢性疾病（如高血压、糖尿病等）、心脑血管疾病、帕金森病、感染、恶性肿瘤、 肝/肾疾病；
②　合并胃肠道及肝胆炎症性疾病，胃肠道疾病、结核、寄生虫等；
③　特殊人群：妊娠期/哺乳期妇女、精神病患者等；
④　合并有其他需要治疗的皮肤疾病，如银屑病、斑秃、疥疮等；
⑤　12周内曾接受免疫抑制剂、微生态制剂、糖皮质激素或抗生素治疗的患者。
⑥　半年内有吸烟史患者。
（3）健康对照组
排除标准：
①　个人或直系亲属有过敏性疾病史，如哮喘、过敏性鼻炎、过敏性结膜炎、荨麻疹、湿疹等；
②　近 1 月内服用过抗生素及微生态制剂；
③　孕妇或处于哺乳期者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Eczema patient group
Exclusion criteria:
(1) Metabolic diseases (such as hypertension, diabetes, etc.), cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, Parkinson's disease, infection, malignant tumors, liver/kidney diseases;
(2) Gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary inflammatory diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, tuberculosis, parasites, etc.;
(3) Special population: pregnant/lactating women, mental patients, etc.;
(4) Combined with other skin diseases that need treatment, such as psoriasis, alopecia areata, scabies, etc.;
(5) Patients who had received immunosuppressants, microecological preparations, glucocorticoids or antibiotics within 12 weeks.
(6) Patients with a history of smoking in half a year.
2. Patients with eczema wet syndrome group
Exclusion criteria:
(1) Metabolic diseases (such as hypertension, diabetes, etc.), cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, Parkinson's disease, infection, malignant tumors, liver/kidney diseases;

(3) Pregnant or lactating women.
