研究目的：

1.结合低剂量CT扫描和迭代重建技术降低射线剂量，保证图像质量，使患者能够在更低辐射剂量下完成临床检查 2.探讨iCT低剂量扫描iDose4技术在肝脏临床应用价值  

Objectives of Study：

1. To make patients accomplish clinical examinations in a lower radiation dose on the basis of guaranteeing image quality by combining low dose CT scan and iterative algorithm reconstruction technology; 2. To explore iDose technology of iCT low dose scanning in clinical application of liver.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肝脏内单一病灶最大径≤1cm，多发病灶最大径之和≤3cm
2.严重的肾功能不全（肌苷清除率≤ 120 μmol/L）
3.有肝硬化、门脉高压病史，或其他影响肝脏血流动力学的疾病，脂肪肝
4.肝功能异常
5.已知的碘造影剂过敏
6.有术后植入物者

Exclusion criteria：

1. people with more than one lesion and the sum of all lesions less than 3cm;
2. Severe renal dysfunction (creatinine clearance <=120umol/L);
3. Hepatic cirrhosis,portal hypertension, or other disease that affecting Hemodynamics,fatty liver;
4. Liver dysfunction;
5. People with known diodone diodast allergy history;
6. People with postoperation implants.

1. CT图像质量的主观评价由两位具有5年以上腹部CT阅片经验的放射科医生采用双盲法分别对所有图像进行评价 2. 辐射剂量指标的测量由一位高年级研究生独立完成，测量者对于受试者信息及分组情况完全不知情

Blinding：

1. All images are blinded analyzed by two experienced radiologists with more than five-year experience about abdomen CT. 2. Radiation dose indexes are measured by a upper-level graduate student independently, who were blind to the subjects’ clinical finding and group information.
