研究目的：

探究正颌手术对严重下颌后缩伴OSA患者上气道形态及功能的影响，进一步细化深化该类患者的口腔临床治疗，为患者提供个性化的最佳方案，同时为口腔睡眠医学提供新的治疗思路。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of orthognathic surgery on the morphology and function of upper airway in OSA patients with mandibular retrognathia, and further refine and deepen the oral clinical treatment of such patients, so as to provide the best personalized plan for patients and provide a new treatment idea for oral sleep medicine.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 颅面综合征（唇腭裂等）；
2) 有头颈部手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Craniofacial syndrome (cleft lip and palate, etc.);
2) Have a history of head and neck surgery.
