研究目的：

该试验将探讨结构针灸结合家庭锻炼在减轻疼痛强度，改善KOA患者的功能和生活质量方面的近期和中期疗效，以及这种组合的安全性和可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

The trial will explore the immediate and mid-term efficacy of structural acupuncture in conjunction with home exercise in reducing pain intensity, improving function and quality of life of KOA patients, as well as the safety and feasibility of such combination.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 其他疾病会影响膝盖，严重的凝血病，神经系统疾病和精神疾病；
2. 膝盖手术史或等待任何膝盖手术；
3. 最近三个月的针灸治疗；
4. 其他任何严重的关节痛或神经系统疾病会限制膝盖 安全运动的能力；
5. 母乳喂养或怀孕。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects with other diseases affecting the knee, severe coagulopathy, nervous system diseases and mental diseases;
2. Subjects with history of knee surgery or waiting for any knee surgery;
3. Subjects treated with acupuncture in the last three months;
4. Subjects with any other severe joint pain or nervous system disease that would limit the ability of the knee to move safely;
5. Those who were breastfed or pregnant.
