Objectives of Study：

This project describes the subjective and objective needs of elderly chronic patients for home health care, analyzes the degree of needs, describes the utilization of home health care services by elderly chronic patients, and analyzes the differences in the needs and satisfaction of elderly chronic patients for home health care services.
