研究目的：

观察清热通络方治疗难治性类风湿关节炎热证（湿热痹阻证）的临床疗效，探讨多药耐药基因P糖蛋白、外周血单核-巨噬细胞乳腺癌耐药蛋白的表达与难治性类风湿关节炎多药耐药形成的机制，并初步探讨清热通络方对P糖蛋白、外周血单核-巨噬细胞乳腺癌耐药蛋白的影响，为该方防治难治性类风湿关节炎提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingre Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of refractory rheumatoid arthritis with heat syndrome (damp-heat obstruction syndrome), to explore the expression of multidrug resistance gene P glycoprotein and peripheral blood mononuclear macrophage resistant protein in breast cancer and the mechanism of multidrug resistance in refractory rheumatoid arthritis, and to explore the effect of Qingre Tongluo Decoction on P glycoprotein and peripheral blood mononuclear macrophage resistant protein in breast cancer, so as to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of refractory rheumatoid arthritis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）未按规定用药者，患者不能合作者；
（2）妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
（3）目前有细菌或病毒等感染者，精神或法律上的残疾患者；过敏体质或对甲氨蝶呤等药物过敏者；
（4）正在参加其它临床试验的患者；
（5）有严重心脏、肝脏、肾脏功能不全及伴随有其它恶性肿瘤者；
（6）近3个月内使用过生物制剂及激素者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who do not use the medicine according to the regulations cannot cooperate;
(2) Pregnant or lactating women;
(3) People who are currently infected with bacteria or viruses, or who are mentally or legally disabled; People with allergies or allergies to drugs such as methotrexate;
(4) Patients participating in other clinical trials;
(5) Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction and accompanied by other malignant tumors;
(6) Those who have used biological agents and hormones within the last 3 months.
