研究目的：

考察多电极经颅脉冲电刺激对原发性帕金森治疗的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effectiveness and safety of multi-electrode transcranial pulsed current stimulation (tPCS) for the treatment of primary Parkinson's disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1） 本研究开始前3个月内参加过其他临床试验者；
（2） 存在精神障碍，痴呆及言语障碍等不能按临床试验方案完成研究的患者；
（3） 有严重心脏病史：急性心肌梗死，不稳定型心绞痛，慢性心功能不全III～IV级，严重心律失常如室速、室颤，严重颈动脉狭窄，严重肺部、肾脏相关疾病史的患者；
（4） 既往合并有其他导致的运动功能障碍的疾病；
（5） 体内有金属植入物、心脏起搏器、金属支架植入、幽闭恐惧症或其他导致无法完成磁共振检查的患者；
（6） 由于年龄等各种因素不能完成实验及量表评估的患者；
(7) 孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before the start of this study;
2. Patients with mental disorders, dementia and speech disorders who can not complete the study according to the clinical trial plan;
3. Patients with a history of severe heart disease: Patients with acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, chronic heart failure grade III-IV, severe arrhythmias such as ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation, severe carotid stenosis, and severe lung and kidney related diseases;
4. Patients with previous motor dysfunction caused by other diseases;
5. Those patients who have metal implants, pacemakers, metal stents, claustrophobia or other factors in the body that make it impossible to complete the MRI examination;
6. Patients who could not complete the experiment and scale evaluation due to age and other factors;
7. Pregnant women.
