研究目的：

围产期抑郁的危害极大，严重者会危及患者及婴幼儿的生命安全，患者及其家庭均深受其害。实现产后抑郁的早期识别、早期干预能有效降低该疾病带来的危害。因此，本项目将探索在产后随访人群的烟酸皮肤潮红反应表现；探索应用烟酸皮肤反应客观识别PUFA缺乏致产后抑郁人群的效力；对筛选出来的亚人群，通过专业的饮食建议，提醒她们进行抑郁情绪的干预。  

Objectives of Study：

Perinatal depression is harmful to the life safety of patients and infants. Patients and their families are suffering from it. Early identification and intervention of postpartum depression can effectively reduce the harm of the disease. Therefore, this project will explore the performance of nicotinic acid skin flush reaction in the postpartum follow-up population; explore the application of nicotinic acid skin reaction to objectively identify the effectiveness of PUFA in the lack of postpartum depression population; for the selected sub population, through professional diet suggestions, remind them to carry out depression intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.两周内服用过SAIDs或NSAIDs药物史；
2.妊娠期和产后一个月内烟酒史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects who had taken saids or NSAIDs within two weeks;
2. Subjects with a history of smoking and drinking during pregnancy and one month after delivery.
