研究目的：

尽管目前初次全髋、全膝关节置换手术（total hip arthroplasty and total knee arthroplasty，THA and TKA）可以取得很好的临床疗效，但假体的失败和翻修仍然对卫生体系和社会造成很大负担。参考文献报道，THA和TKA手术翻修的原因随着时代的发展也在逐渐变化。目前较少有研究分析中国THA和TKA的翻修原因。为了了解中国THA和TKA翻修的原因并进而确定如何降低翻修的负担，我们计划开展本次回顾性研究来明确：（1）THA和TKA翻修的原因；（2）THA和TKA翻修的频率；（3）各种THA和TKA翻修的病人特则，支付机制、住院时间和总花费。对近10年在我院行全髋、全膝关节置换术的患者进行回顾性分析，明确髋关节翻修、膝关节翻修的病因。  

Objectives of Study：

Despite the excellent outcomes associated with primary total hip and total knee arthroplasty (THA and TKA), implant faiure and revision continues to burden the leathcare system. THA and TKA failure has evolved and displays variability throughout the literature. sledom previous study reported the current epidemiology of revision THA and TKA in China. In order to understand how THA and TKA are failing and how to reduce this burden, we plan to perform this retrospective study to analysis: (1) etiologies for revision THA and TKA; (2)frequencies of revision THA and TKA procedures; (3)patient demographics, payor type, the length of stay, and total costs based on the type of revision THA and TKA procedure.
