研究目的：

本研究通过分析雄激素与绝经后高血压患者LVH风险的关系，为绝经后高血压患者靶器官损害提供新的预测因子和理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

By analyzing the relationship between androgen and LVH risk in postmenopausal hypertensive patients, this study aims to provide a new predictor and theoretical basis for target organ damage in postmenopausal hypertensive patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）绝经前明确诊断高血压或正在接受降压药物治疗；
2）继发性高血压和难治性高血压；
3）子宫切除术后或双侧卵巢摘除术后；
4）接受任何形式的激素替代治疗；
5）恶性肿瘤，心、脑、肾及造血系统严重原发疾病；
6）严重精神或心理疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Premenopausal definitive diagnosis of hypertension or undergoing antihypertensive treatment;
(2) secondary hypertension;
(3) refractory hypertension;
(4) hysterectomy or bilateral ovariectomy;
(5) receive any form of hormone replacement therapy;
(6) malignant tumor, severe neurological or psychological disease; and
(7) serious primary heart, kidney and hematopoietic diseases.
